A study on UV-curable coatings for HD-DVD: Primer and top coats

This study relates to the development of coatings for optical discs in high-density digital versatile disc systems (HD-DVD or blue lay disk) that use a high numerical aperture of 0.85 at 405 nm wavelength and have a protective top layer over a primer layer for protection against damage and dust. Ultraviolet-curable raw materials of two acrylic monofunctional monomers ( isobornylacrylate, IBA and tetrahydrofurfurylacrylate, THFA) and two kinds of urethaneacrylate oligomers (OUMD and OUME) have been easily mixed with photoinitiators. Curing rate of these materials was characterized by FT-IR. In case of top coats, VTES (vinyltriethoxysilane) and acrylic acid were added to enhance the abrasion resistance. These two kinds of UV-curable resinous materials having no solvent were synthesized and investigated as means for making a blue ray disk having good optical and mechanical properties. In addition, dynamic characteristics including reflectivity, fluctuation of RF signal and noise level were also investigated.     

水泥浆固化体的浸出行为

本文概述了用于水力压裂处置的水泥浆固化体在去离子水和处置现场近域地下水中的浸出行为。浸出试验分别采用国际标准化组织(ISO)颁布的长期浸出试验方法和美国能源部材料特征化中心(MCC)曾采用过的静态浸出试验法。用长期浸出试验方法(浸出剂为去离子水)得到192天时的三种浸出试样(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)中~(137)Cs 和~(90)Sr 的浸出分数、累积浸出分数、递增浸出率和扩散系数见下表。     

秦岭造山带（陕西部分）中新生代陆内造山及与矿产关系

印支运动后的秦岭造山带受古亚洲构造域、环太平洋构造域和特题斯三大构造域联合作用，发生了强烈的陆内造山，奠定了该区条块相间构造岩片系统的基本构造格架，控制了本区斑岩型钼矿和众多热液型多金属矿产的最终成矿作用和矿带展布。     

减四线馏分油的热容测定及热力学性质研究

测试了减四线馏分油低温热容 ,并进行了热重 /微分热重 (TG/DTG)和差示扫描量热 (DSC)分析。在 80～ 373K温区 ,用高精度全自动绝热量热仪测定了热容值 ,用最小二乘法对实验测量值进行拟合 ,建立了热容随温度变化的多项式方程。从减四线馏分油的热容曲线 ,发现该样品从固相变为液相 ,存在着两个熔化峰 ,分别为 2 94 .17K和 331.5 7K ,后者为熔化主峰。以此为熔点 ,计算出熔化焓、熔化熵分别为 88.19J/g和0 .2 6 6 0J/ (K·g)。从TG/DTG分析曲线发现该油样在 5 73K开始失重 ,到 6 6 3K失重速度达到最大 ,可能是由于样品蒸发引起。从DSC分析曲线 ,发现样品除 333K附近出现熔化吸热峰外 ,在 5 73K到 873K范围还出现一系列吸热峰 ,可能与样品的蒸发和热分解有关。     

Reduction kinetics of Fe<Subscript>2</Subscript>MoO<Subscript>4</Subscript> fine powder by hydrogen in a fluidized bed

Iron molybdate (Fe₂MoO₄) powders with an average particle size of 100 μm were reduced by hydrogen using a fluidized-bed batch reactor in the temperature range of 923 to 1173 K. The extent of the reaction was followed as a function of time by gas chromatography. The fluidizing-gas velocity was set at about 1.5 times the minimum fluidization velocity. The ratio of the height of the static bed to its diameter is about 1. Under the prevailing experimental conditions, it was found that the chemical reaction was the rate-controlling factor. The activation energy for this process was 158±17 kJ/mol. The crystal size of the Fe₂Mo powder produced at lower temperatures was in the nanometer range, indicating the possibility of mass production of alloys and intermetallics in the nanorange, using a fluidized bed.     

唐钢ER70S-6焊丝钢的生产工艺研究及质量分析

介绍了唐钢ER70S-6焊丝钢的特点，对盘条质量进行了分析。对该钢化学成分、冶炼和轧制工艺进行了优化研究，使其综合性能明显改善。     

聚氨酯/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸丁酯)互穿聚合物网络聚合物的阻尼性能

采用本体聚合法合成出一系列阻尼性能良好的聚氨酯/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸丁酯)(PU/P(MMA-BMA))互穿聚合物网络(IPN)聚合物,通过动态力学分析方法表征了PU/P(MMA-BMA)IPN聚合物的阻尼性能。探讨了加入催化剂、高温后处理、交联剂用量及PU与P(MMA-BMA)的质量比对PU/P(MMA-BMA)IPN聚合物阻尼性能的影响。实验结果表明,经高温后处理后,以二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂、交联剂二乙烯基苯用量(占MMA和BMA的摩尔分数)为1.5%、PU与P(MMA-BMA)的质量比接近1或小于1时,PU/P(MMA-BMA)IPN聚合物具有良好的阻尼性能。     

基于COM/DCOM技术的电信网络管理

本通过对TMN(电信管理网)思想以及COM／DCOM编程原理的分析，将COM／DCOM的功能特点与TMN电信网络管理的基本要求有机地结合在一起，提出了运用COM／DCOM技术建立TMN的基本设想，其原理是，将电信网的各种网元抽象为COM组件对象，组件对象实时反映所对应网元的各种特征数据，运用DCOM通信机制对这些组件对象及其特征数据进行监控管理，从而达到管理网元之目的。COM／DCOM的面向对象及分布式属性、操作系统和平台无关性、它的事件通知功能、高效的通信机制及其网络安全技术，均符合电信管理网络的功能要求。
